  From Points South, Connecticut, New York, and New Jersy
Follow Route 95 North to exit 3A in Rhode Island.
At the end of the exit ramp bear right onto Route 138 East. Follow this road to the intersection with Route 1 North/South (a couple of miles after passing the University of Rhode Island).
At this traffic light take a left onto Route 1 North and look for the Jamestown/Newport Bridges exit on the right.
The Jamestown Bridge leads to the Newport Bridge ($2.00 toll). Take the first exit off the Newport Bridge (Scenic Newport) and take a right at the end of the exit ramp onto Farewell Street. Go straight at the first traffic light past the cemetery.
At the light (about a quarter mile), take a right onto America's Cup Avenue. Continue on America's Cup Avenue for 3/4 of a mile, past the Newport Visitor's Center on the left and through Newport's shopping district to the Post Office.
At the light in front of the Post Office, take a hard left onto Thames Street (paved with cobblestones).
Franklin Street is the first street on the right.
Anchor Bend Glassworks Retail Shop and Gallery is on the left just a few buildings up the street.
 

From Points North and Boston
Take Interstate 93 South out of Boston to Route 24 South. Around Fall River, MA follow Route 24 South (Fall River/Newport signs) to Route 114 South. This four-lane road is called West Main Road through the towns of Portsmouth and Middletown.
Once in Newport, West Main Road becomes a two-lane road called Broadway.
Once on Broadway, continue past Newport Hospital on the left, for 1 and 1/4 miles. Broadway becomes Washington Square. At the end of Washington Square, take a left at the light onto Thames Street (a cobblestone street).
Follow Thames Street past the shops for about one-tenth of a mile. The road will split into three. Bear slighlty right to the traffic light.
This is America's Cup Avenue. Continue on America's Cup Avenue for 1/4 of a mile, through Newport's shopping district to the Post Office.
At the light in front of the Post Office, take a hard left onto Thames Street (paved with cobblestones). Franklin Street is the first street on the right.

From Northern RI and New England
Take Route 95 South. At the split of 95 South, about 10 miles south of Providence, the two left lanes lead toward Route 4 South (North Kingstown, East Greenwich) at exit 9.
Route 4 South merges into Route 1 South after the second traffic light. From Route 1 South take the exit for the Jamestown/Newport Bridges which leads to Route 138 East.
